I know that mentally you’re in the warm weather zone, but if anything could make you pray for a cold front, it’s the closet of Cosmopolitan’s Senior Market Editor, Tiffany Reid. She does a beanie such justice that you may begin to look at your own forgotten hat like, “Do you do any style tricks that I don’t know about?”
However, a lot of what she tries on for her New York Closet is perfect for the spring transition. She layers dresses over leather pants and ties jackets around her waist (just in case). She wears white tees under deep V’s, poplin tops with un-hemmed jeans and makes a metallic more than just a neutral but keeps it chill.
Tiffany Reid is just really good at getting dressed, so, I suggest you give her wardrobe a go. Ready, set, scroll.
Tuesday: Heading to the airport today to take off for Milan. I opted for my favorite New Balance sneakers that I custom designed. (Do you like?)
Wednesday: Finally arrived to Milan! First day of shows in my leather on leather look. I found this vintage leather trench at a thrift store in LA.
I paired with my tiny leather mini skirt. On a warmer day, I would go bare-legged, of course!
Thursday: I’m obsessed with these fur gloves from Adrienne Landau. I’ve had them in my closet for at least 7 years and they never get old.
Friday: Back in the office! I stopped by to visit the new art exhibit on the third floor of Hearst Tower. Obviously I had to take a picture next to this painting because it matches my sweater!
Saturday: Jeans are my go-to item at all moments, especially on the weekend. I wear this pair with a huge cuff mostly because I’m too lazy to get them tailored. (But now I love the way the cuff looks.)
Sunday: Trying to keep it as comfy as possible in an oversized sweater and a slip dress. I threw this Adrienne Landau coat back on from yesterday and to my luck, it worked well with metallics.
