SF Closets: Cristina Palomo-Nelson Makes Classics Look Fresh
12.12.16

If you’re of the so-over-jeans ilk, Cristina Palomo-Nelson might restore your faith in denim. And for that matter, the classics. She makes slouchy jeans and a black oversize blazer seem so obvious, I’m questioning all the weird shit in my cart!

Cristina’s taste precedes her. She is the co-founder and designer of FRĒDA SALVADOR, the San Francisco-based, Spanish-made shoe company that both celebrates and reimagines classic shoes in nice-ass materials. This ethos is evident in her own style as well. Above, she documents a week of outfits. Sneak into her closet and brain by clicking through and reading along! You’ll find one pair of perfect leopard loafers, two perfect Sheltie dogs and a whole bunch of perfect jeans. It’s heavenly.

Follow Cristina on Instagram @crispalomonelson. Check out FRĒDA SALVADOR and follow the brand on Instagram @FREDASALVADOR, too!

Of couuuuuurse she works in Sausalito. 5 minutes from my hometown and filled with the coolest women-artist-fashion-mavens (among all the tourists, at least).
