I really enjoy the idea of a fabric boot, much more when its silhouette is reminiscent of underground English rock, combined with an air of a little Alexa Chung. I’d reckon it’s the pointed toe and unapologetic granny heel accomplish that. Two facets I endorse fully.
On another note, it seems all the variations of plaid that inevitably point back toward Scotland coming to fruition post F/W 2012 runway season are making for the most interesting, well, everything. See: Michael Kors, A.L.C., the boots above.
