Hate to rain on your parade, but if you add milk (no matter the fat content) to your tea, the caseins in the milk will prevent you from absorbing a lot of the nutrients (and for the same reason, you shouldn’t drink milk in combination with your multivitamin). Soy, rice, and almond milk should NEVER have caseins! Just another reason to go dairy-free
