The Universe in a Glass of Wine

The relentless cold and dark skies can take a toll on one’s psyche. It seems spring will never come let alone the distant promise of summer, and after the wintry parties have worn their welcome the only thing anyone really wants to do is go home, sit on the couch, and drink a cozy ass glass of red, red wine.

But what if we looked at wine as more than liquid comfort and a reprieve from the snow? What if it could metaphorically represent the entire universe?

If that didn’t just blow your mind on this Tuesday afternoon then you, my friend, are an alien. (From planet Malbec.)

Amelia, riddle me this: if the universe is wine, what is sangria?

Just listened to a TED podcast on how “everything connects,” and now I see this. I like the brain wavelength and maybe WE’RE connected.

This post goes so well with Engineers Week! It’s basically like fashion week, but with more sleep, and without the runways or photographers. Happy Engineers Week to all.
