Still deflating from a high instigated by a series of four haircuts that I gave myself last week, I think it’s only fair that we talk more hair.
For the holiday season, Bumble and bumble asked their favorite “influencers” to curate gift sets containing three to four of their favorite Bumble products. Among the loot of chosen curators, Into the Gloss’ Emily Weiss and, wink wink: yours truly. At this point, I fear I sound like a broken record on repeat but what with my new-found neck-length hair, it’s more important than it was at previous shoulder’s length to achieve that perfect balance of clean and ungroomed. As women, I think we all starve for one thing in matters of a hair ritual: as least maintenance as possible exuding as much style as possible.
As such, I’ve included these three products to help you obtain the perfect paradoxical do: (1) Creme de Coco Masque: An indulgent masque with a trio of tropical butters which bestows intensive moisture, softness, silkiness and gloss. Use after shower on wet hair once a week, leave it in ten minutes and then rinse out. Also great for those of you wildly honest ladies, trying to bail on poorly set-up holiday dates. “I’m washing my hair tonight,” has never felt so real. But because this excuse should only properly work once a week, (2) Hair powder, to eliminate the need to wash your hair if you don’t feel like it, dammit. I’m not sure about you, but at some point on the third or fourth day of shower abstinence, my hair starts to smell like stale chicken, behold: relinquishment in a white bottle that smells like angelic daisies and bounty cotton balls. Finally, (3) Semisumo, duh. Because, well, the six-ingredient potion is the closest I will ever get to French.
With the holidays right around the corner, I now offer you the chance to win one of ten Man Repeller Sets, courtesy of Bumble and bumble, by clicking right here.
