A Monday Shopping Note

Because, you know, Cyber Monday shits on Black Friday. Yes, yes, sure sure. Black Friday is cool: waiting on lines to get into stores, stampedes that may or may not result in casualties, embracing the fresh air, making friends with sale-fiends, and aside from the social aspect of embracing a slashed price, it's also a good time to get in that necessary post-Thanksgiving cardio. People run, really fast. It may even at the very least get your mind off the mere notion that just the day before you were noshing on dead animal insides. In any case though, as an internet enthusiast, it's my duty to debunk myths that note Black Friday as the best sale day of the year and instead encourage your ass to hold yourself b(l)ack, stay put and let your fingers do the work that will inevitably leave your wallet a whole lot lighter. Cyber Monday is here! In light of such, I've put together a little collage of sweet finds the interwebs have uncovered for me over the course of the last weekend.
In case you were interested in obtaining a pair of my Burberry creepers, they're 50% off on Net-a-Porter. Carven's fall version of the bow shoe is now $288. Chaser and Wildfox t-shirts are rocking on Shop Nasty Gal and Shopbop, offering a "bigevent" (check out code, pun city,) so to speak of the spend money save money variety. The Outnet is offering an additional 20% off using code "thanksgiving20" where you can perfect holiday party dresses not unlike the above gray one, Bloomingdale's is offering 40-50% off nearly all Sandro--I know, I almost went into cardiac arrest too--that Dolce & Gabbana clutch is now 50% off and those Phillip Lim shorts are just so...call me!

...I'll admit that price points are still fairly high but that's just because all the equally delectable offerings from Anarchy Street, ASOS and Mikkat Market just weren't collaging properly. And I'm no photoshop expert, which will become massively more evident in just a few sentences. So, peep those finds here, here and here. And now, for those of you already tired of winter threads and looking to find a deal on some brand spanking new awesome ass resort digs, look no further than Man Repeller favorite: Thakoon! Yes! It's true! Just for my hotchick readers will Thakoon be offering a 20% discount code on Resort finds this week using the code MANREPELLER. Peep my five favorite resort looks just below. Tell me you love me after the jump.

Kidding, there is no jump, but there are headless models! Just tell me you love me now. Happy shopping, tootles.

  5. I think I am really needing those Carven shoes... the problem is I am trying really hard to follow the french "5 piece wardrobe" (only 5 trend buys per season, basics do not count) and I have only 2 more buys left until February... unless we call them a basic...

  18. I adore the Sandro pieces you've highlighted lately and wish Bloomie's sold them online, since I'm stuck behind my desk. Not literally, but still.

All these "sales" are really bankrupting me. I guess I'm at least getting more for my money though? ;-)
