When It's Too Hot for Layers...

...Manage a way to have your head and upper body float around aimlessly. Also, never mind your outfit and how much of your nipple may or may not be exposed due to high temperatures and instead focus on what goes on above the breast: try printed sunglasses (extra repeller points should they match your smart-phone case), a neck party and evidently...ombre'd hair. Last weekend my dad told he wouldn't so much as look at me until I dyed my hair back.
