Dora The Explorer and Anna Wintour’s Uncanny Resemblance


This weekend, lace-up boots found herself in Las Vegas where she was obviously partying hard, having a wild, crazy and dirty good time. Proof: Receipt of an early Saturday morning BBM from her that read: “I’m watching Nickelodeon. Anna Wintour and Dora the Explorer are hair twins.“

Eureka!

Under regular circumstances Anna Wintour may have been upset to hear that her infamous face-shaping bob reminds us of Nick Jr’s very own Hispanic toddler slash pop-star. Re-assess the situation though. Dora is pretty avantgarde, making use of some serious spring trends. Mixing and matching bright colors, check. Crop top, check. Statement knapsack-instead-of-purse, check. Ankle socks, check. And look at that beaded bracelet! Boho-swoon.

Still, how many times will we have to reiterate our MANtra? Channeling animated characters, not cute.

    i think it's also worth pointing out that, unless dora has a really long torso/low vagina, she seems to be rocking tangerine drop-crotch knee-length shorts… very tree chopping
